Kelly and her team also hold regular client events to help strengthen friendships and give people informal opportunities to talk about their plans and goals.

Kelly spends time away from work on the go with her husband Trevor and their two boys Will and Ryan, who both play competitive hockey. She volunteers with both teams and at her sons’ schools. She also enjoys practising hot yoga in her free time.

Karyn prides herself on knowing clients so she can anticipate their needs well in advance of important milestones. She is also keenly aware of how precious each client’s time is. With that in mind, Karyn makes sure each interaction takes place as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Her responsibilities include advising clients on account documentation, booking appointments, responding to client banking requests, administering account online access and executing trades. Scheduling semi-annual reviews and monthly calls are among the most important ways Karyn ensures clients remain in regular contact with the team.
Away from work, Karyn enjoys an active lifestyle pursuing her personal interest in fitness, health and wellness. She also indulges in her passion for hockey both as an enthusiastic Ottawa Senators fan and as a player in a local ball hockey league.
