Geoff has been advising clients in the investment management industry since 1994. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation plus a B.Comm. and B.Sc. from the University of Alberta. His strength is helping people articulate their goals and identifying gaps in their estate and financial plans. His client mission is to provide the guidance and strategies to fill those gaps.

Rose has almost 40 years of experience in the financial industry. Her extensive work history provides her with the background to handle all administrative aspect of client accounts including complicated tax and estate inquiries.

 

For many years Rose was a Trust Officer at National Trust, working with estates and registered accounts. Rose has seen the industry evolve, from the first RRSPs – maximum contribution was $3,500 or $1,500 per year – and the advent of computers in the workplace, and utilizes this mentality in tackling any inquiries from our client, they know they have a seasoned expert in Rose who can support them with all their administrative needs.

Maureen uses her financial planning experience and leadership skills to ensure the smooth delivery of Tax & Estate Planning services. She uses her technical expertise to develop comprehensive wealth plans, working with Investment Advisory Teams from engagement with the client to the final presentation, and also supports our Investment Advisors with just-in-time inquiries and the development of educational materials.

James began his investment career on First Marathon Securities’ bond desk in 1997 and has focused on fixed income trading, advice and portfolio management ever since. An expert in bonds, preferred shares, and other income investments, as well as a CFA Charter holder since 2005, James is active in managing portfolios and keeping advisors and clients well informed of macro-economic developments and investment trends through his published daily commentary. Recognizing the growing importance of income investing, James has studied well beyond the traditional world of bonds to analyze all kinds of income investments.
 
James heads up Richardson GMP’s capital markets team, supervising new issues; co-managing a series of proprietary portfolios for Richardson GMP; and overseeing trading and strategy for fixed income, equities, options, and foreign exchange.
