Tim Pritchard, CSWP
Director, Wealth Management

With 20 years experience in the wealth management business, Tim has dedicated his time to building relationships based on trust through his insight and ability to recognize the unique needs and goals of each client. As professional partners and entrepreneurs face ever changing tax law and increasingly sophisticated array of products and services, they rely on Tim to provide perspective, expertise and a disciplined approach to filter the information and make informed decisions. Together with the extensive resources of Richardson GMP, Tim addresses all of your wealth management needs from simple to complex and develops customized solutions to fortify your financial future.

A graduate from Carleton University, Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Law. His knowledge is enhanced by his Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and The Chartered Strategic Wealth Professional (CSWP) designations.  Always active in the community, Tim was awarded a Civilian Citation Award from the Durham Municipality's Commissioners of Police Board, in grateful acknowledgment of outstanding services and unselfish assistance rendered in the preservation of peace and order.

Matt Cameron, CIM
Associate Investment Advisor

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s BBA program in 2011 with a concentration in finance, Matt began his career in the financial services industry in 2013. Prior to working at Richardson GMP he worked for a boutique consulting firm in South Africa as well as one of Canada’s largest banks. Investing was in Matt’s blood from a young age as his grandfather was one of the founders of financial services firm McLean McCarthy Limited in 1972. This unique exposure to the industry at a young age helped guide Matt through school and beyond.  Matt is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation

In his spare time Matt is an avid golfer and skiier and enjoys spending time in the outdoors - a passion developed in his early years as a trip leader at a summer camp in Muskoka.

Mimi Chow

With over 20 years of experience in Financial services, Mimi brings a wealth of practical and diverse experience to the Pritchard Wealth Management Group. Mimi started her career with Merrill Lynch and worked for our predecessor firm Richardson Partners Financial before transitioning into retail. During her years in the financial industry, Mimi has gained a broad range of experience both in back, middle and front office. She has worked for two of Canada's largest bank financial institutions and two leading Canadian independent boutique brokerage firms, where she assisted in launching a managed investment account platform and fee system. As a result of Mimi’s knowledge in the managed accounts space and extensive experience in operations, she is able to use these experiences to help her to streamline and improve processes. Mimi will be your first point of contact for all your service inquires and assist the team with your investment and financial service needs. As part of her ongoing commitment to best practices and continuing education, Mimi is in the process of working towards obtaining her WME and eventually CIM.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, staying active and spending time with her son.

Mike George, B. Comm (Hons), M. ACC, CA, CFP

Working closely with Wealth Advisors, their clients, external professionals and other members of the Tax & Estate Planning professionals, Mike is responsible for the effective delivery of the wide range of wealth planning services at Richardson GMP. Mike is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner and specializes in personal, corporate and trust tax planning.

Mike has been working with High Net Worth clients in the financial services industry for many years. Before joining our firm in 2004, Mike worked at Assante. He has extensive experience in the tax field and helps identify solutions to reduce taxes, enhance and preserve wealth, and transfer assets tax-efficiently to the next generation. Mike has played an instrumental role in delivering client-centered solutions including the successful transition of family businesses, the development of long-term employee compensation programs (including stock option and employee pension plans) and the reduction of tax on the sale of businesses by utilizing trusts to multiply the enhanced capital gains exemption among family members.

Mike is frequently interviewed on wealth planning concepts and tax-related matters. As well, he lectures on corporate taxation and has authored various industry publications and articles.

A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Mike received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in 1991 and Masters of Accountancy in 1992. Mike continued on to achieve his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1995 and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2004. He has also completed his CICA In-Depth Tax Course and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Maureen Glenn,  B.A., FLMI, CFP®, TEP

Maureen works with Wealth Advisors and their affluent clients to navigate the entire wealth planning process; from initial discovery with the client, through to the final presentation. She is a dynamic speaker who can translate complex wealth planning concepts into efficient and effective action plans for clients. This holistic approach combined with her financial planning expertise offers a unique and practical perspective to retirement, trust, and estate planning. Maureen mentors and works with the financial planners on the Tax & Estate Planning Team to ensure that consistently high standards are achieved in the financial plans delivered across the country.

Maureen joined the firm in 2006 and moved to the Tax & Estate Planning team in early 2010. The previous 20 years of her career were focused in the Life and Health Insurance Industry where she gained significant experience as a Financial Services Advisor, Mutual Fund Salesperson and as a product, sales, software and compliance trainer.

Maureen is a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and the Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC). She also holds the designation of Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and other insurance designations from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA).

Sylvia Azoulay, LL.B., TEP

Sylvia works closely with Wealth Advisors and their clients to explore and identify issues that address clients’ overall wealth planning needs. She helps clients formulate objectives, understand issues and strategies and facilitates implementation of their goals. Sylvia understands the sensitive issues relating to family dynamics and wealth transfer.

Sylvia is an estate planning lawyer with many years of experience. Prior to joining Richardson GMP, she was a principal in her own strategic wealth planning firm and also spent many years in the financial industry dealing with wealth planning solutions for high net worth clients.

Sylvia has been an instructor at Humber College School of Business and at the Bar Admission course at the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Estate Planning Council of Toronto. She is a seasoned presenter on topics of importance to high net worth families.

Jason Middleton

Jason has a well-rounded knowledge of the Insurance industry having worked at all levels of the business. He has worked at the manufacturer level, at the distributor level and, most importantly, as an Independent Insurance Broker and business owner.

Jason’s financial and accounting backgrounds allow him to take a comprehensive approach to advanced Estate and Insurance planning for clients. His ‘educate first’ approach resonates well with clients, who feel that his solution-based recommendations are tailored to their individual needs.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Accounting and Corporate Finance in 1999 from the University of New Brunswick. He began working on his CA with Deloitte and Touche in 2001 after taking a sabbatical to train and try out for the Canadian Olympic Swim Team. Upon returning to the work force Jason completed the CSC and earned his CFP designation in 2003.
